We hereby submit for your information the Privacy Statement that we have prepared to inform you and fulfill our obligation arising from Article10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"). Personal data refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.

WHAT ARE OUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS?

Your personal data is collected via web page, SMS, email, call center, online services, membership agreement either by automated means or non-automated means by Studio Santral and/or our business partners in writing, verbally or electronically with the intent of the specified purposes in the Studio Santral Privacy Statement.

WHAT ARE THE MEASURES WE TAKE ON DATA SECURITY?

To ensure that the data systems hosting your personal data are protected against unauthorized access and unlawful data processing, our servers are encrypted with Cloudflare SSL and Rapid SSL 256-bit switched TLS 1.2 which is placed behind the firewall. Access to databases, except for authorized persons, is under control in IT management. Access to personal data within the Digital Marketing department is restricted by username and user password.

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

Your personal data, depending on your preferred payment method, is transmitted to the relevant banks, online payment systems, relevant distribution / cargo-courier companies within the scope of sending the required documents to your address, relevant company/corporation and infrastructure providers within the scope of e-invoicing/e-archive invoicing processes, server hosting, archiving, storage and software services providers we work with to backup/protect/archive/store, outsourcing service providers, hosting service providers, and to our Company’s employees, legal, financial and tax advisors and legal person, institutions and organizations authorized under legislative provisions for solving your complaints or performing our legal obligations. Your personal data is transmitted to third parties specified in this article in a limited and measured manner in connection with the purposes specified in this clarification text. Within this scope, to achieve the objectives specified in this Privacy Statement, your personal data may be limitedly transmitted to third parties to whom Studio Santral usesits services. In this context, Studio Santral, within the limits described herein, may also share and transmit your data with Silahtarağa Gayrimenkul Yatırım company executives, its shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private institutions.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS THE DATA SUBJECT?

In accordance with the Article No. 11 of the Law; by reaching Studio Santral via the options that you can find under “HOW YOU CAN REACH US?” title on this Privacy Statement, you have following rights regarding your personal data;

• To obtain information as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where is the case, access to the personal data and the following in formation

Pursuant to Article No.4 of Law No. 6698, Studio Santral has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. With in this scope, for Studio Santral to fulfill its obligations arising from the applicable legislation, data subjects should share their accurate and updated data with Studio Santral. In case your data is changed by any means, we request you to update your data by contacting us through the communication channels specified below.

HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US?

To benefit from your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; you can send your requests by filling in the Application Form on Personal Data below either in written or by using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secured electronic signature, mobile signature or your email address which has been previously provided to us.

As the data subject, in the application that contains the explanations about the rights you have and about above mentioned rights that you will use; your request should be clear and transparent, should be related to yourself, and if you are acting on behalf of someone else, a notarized power of attorney should be submitted.

Your name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, TR ID Number for the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, for foreigners nationality info, passport number or identity number if available, correspondence address or workplace address, notification e-mail address if available, telephone and fax number, and the factors requested are obligatory in the application in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and the Procedures for the Request to Data Controller”. Applications which do not contain the above-mentioned items will be rejected by us. In case your application to use your rights as the data subject requires an additional cost, you will have to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Officer issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. In case of a written reply to your application, the first 10 (ten) pages will not be charged, above 10 (ten) pages will be charged with 1 TL transaction fee for each page. If the answer to your application is given in a recording medium such as CD and flash memory, the fee will be reflected to you by the cost of the recording medium.

Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest depending on the nature of the request.

Studio Santral reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement in line with the reasons arising from the Law, secondary regulations, and Board decisions. The updated new text with the amendments will immediately become effective as of its publication on our site.
