1.Purpose
Studio Santral Website Terms of Use is prepared by Silahtarağa Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. Private Studio Santral Girls’ Dormitory (herein after "Studio Santral") residing at Emniyettepe Mahallesi Fil Köprüsü Cad. No: 4 34060 Eyüp-İstanbul and aims to publish and announce the obligations of the internet user (herein after “user”) who visits www.studiosantral.com web page.
2.Rights and Obligations of the User
2.1. By visiting the site, you agree to our Studio Santral WebsiteTerms of Use. This Terms of Use is an integral part of Studio Santral Privacy Statement and Studio Santral Cookie Policy prepared for the purpose of protecting your personal data.

2.16. The User agrees, declares, and undertakes that all electronic records of Studio Santral will be the sole and real exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 193 of the CPC (HMK) and that such records constitute an evidence contract.

3.Enforcement
Studio Santral Terms of Use will remain in effect until it is removed from the site by Studio Santral.
4.Dispute Settlement
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding the Website Terms of Use.
